Last updated October 2, 2026These terms apply to your use of voxcare.us. By using the site you agree to them. The VoxCare service, including check-in calls, alerts and reports, is provided under a separate agreement with each customer and is not covered by these terms.
Not an emergency service
VoxCare is not an emergency or medical service and nothing on this site is medical advice. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Waitlist and demo requests
Joining the waitlist or requesting a demo creates no obligation on either side. We will contact you about VoxCare and nothing else. Places are offered at our discretion as we open onboarding in each area.
Using the site
You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe its security, scrape it in bulk, or submit information that is false, unlawful or belongs to someone who has not agreed to share it.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to VoxCare or are used with permission. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other use needs our written agreement.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but examples on it, including names, conversations and summaries, are illustrative. Features and availability may change before launch.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, VoxCare is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its contents. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle the information you give us is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
