Privacy policy
Last updated October 2, 2026This policy explains what information VoxCare collects when you use voxcare.us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The VoxCare service itself is governed by the agreement each customer signs with us.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, the kind of organization you represent or who you care for, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for health information on this website, and we ask you not to include any.
Our servers record standard technical information for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, as any website does. We also use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you to other sites. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
We use contact details to reply to you, to tell you about onboarding when places open, and to understand which organizations are interested in VoxCare. We use technical information to keep the site running and secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that run this site and our email for us, and only so they can do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as we are talking with you about VoxCare, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who need it. The VoxCare service is built to HIPAA requirements and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with covered-entity customers; that applies to the service, not to this public website.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email sales@voxcare.us and we will respond within 30 days. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, these rights apply to you under that law as well.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the home page.
